Supersupergirl flies to the Mira Moon

As I am staying in Hong Kong, it has never occurred to me to visit the hotels in Hong Kong.

The Mira Moon sounded like a fantasy so I was really excited to visit the Mira Moon.

When I got there, it was really hip and chic with Chinese tradition in contemporary Hong Kong!
Everything  is related to the moon.

At the entrance, there are huge lanterns each with a pearlescent moon which lowers down according to different dates or special dates so that people can see it clearly.
The staff that work there are kitted in beautiful Chinese dresses, their nails are elegantly painted with gel and their hair is styled by stylists everyday.

At the reception, there are flying rabbits and plush sofas.
At the other side, there is a crystal bar where they have traditional Chinese tea and tea cups.
The interior design takes as its starting point the Moon Festival fairy-tale, a legend in Chinese mythology about the Moon Goddess of Immortality. Updating this tale to suit a contemporary setting, the characters from the story are represented throughout the spaces and references to traditional Chinese culture are expressed through modern furnishings with antique Chinese fabrics and prints, peony flower wall details, tailored carpets, digitally composed Bisazza tile graphics and a ‘lucky charm’ feature wall in the lobby.

Wanders & yoo is a global creative partnership between Marcel Wanders and yoo. The innovative Dutch designer, Marcel Wanders, is a leading light of the contemporary design scene based in Amsterdam, whilst yoo is a cutting-edge design and marketing agency founded by property entrepreneur John Hitchcox and the eponymous designer, Philippe Starck.

Free hair styling from amika: hairdo bar

The amika hair styling team were giving out FREE BLOWOUT cards in Central and I was so lucky to get one.
Basically they style your hair which reminds me of airplaybar that also styles hair with lovely braids.

Anyway, booked an appointment to try it out and they send you an email confirmation once its booked.

Turned up and had some fun.

I was choosing between the Pin Straight and the Alluring waves, in the end I chose the alluring waves.

It was really nice when it was freshly curled with lovely curly locks and I should have left it that way instead of having it tousled to get more volume, but it still looks good anyway.
