Hope for Pelvic floor dysfunction

About a decade ago, it was the top of the iceberg for Beauty Salons with so many medical and aesthetic equipment devices emerging to the market back then.

However, there were not any concrete standards or regulations back then.

The situation is slightly better now as people are aware of things like the FDA and some treatments require a Doctor to be present.

A while ago attended talk about women's' health issues at Hime Beauty Medical in Central and I was definitely intrigued by this device called MagRex which claims to strengthen pelvic muscles in Non invasive way.

All you do is sit on the chair provided and you don't even have to take off any clothing.

After googling, the way it works is similar to those Vibration plates that you stand on but it uses High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic Field (HIFEM) similar to an MRI machine.
It was reassuring that there were papers on this topic by various organizations such as NCBI.

At the centre, treatment is given on a chair with a strong hidden magnet which creates the electromagnetic field which penetrates deep into the pelvic floor muscles creating maximum contraction of the muscles.

Thus after successful treatment, pelvic floor dysfunction and sex life should be improved.

[Peel off Mask Review] T-Zone Glitter Mask peel Off Black

I am a sucker for anything holographic and sparkling so I got the T Zone series from Superdrug where you get a freebie as well which was a surprise.

Tried the holographic one first as I haven't seen this around whereas the glitter masks are around but in various brands.
Finally got round to trying the T-Zone Glitter Mask peel Off Black which has glitter like the other brands but without the stars.

You will find pink glitter just like the product picture and the shape of the bio glitter is hexagonal.

Having had experience with the T-Zone Holographic Peel off mask which was quite messy, I applied this one with extra care.
It went on nicely but it didn't peel off cleanly.

In some areas it hadn't dried properly so it was still sticky whereas some parts where really painful to peel off and facial hairs may have been pulled out in the process!

To summarize I did it just for fun and it is good that they offer individual packs so you don't have to buy the whole tube.

[Peel off Mask Review] T-Zone Holographic Peel Off Mask

I am a sucker for anything holographic and sparkling so I got the T Zone series from Superdrug where you get a freebie as well which was a surprise.

Tried the holographic one first as I haven't seen this around whereas the glitter masks are around but in various brands.

I was skeptical whether the colour would be holographic but it turned out to be those pearlescent iridescent hues that go green and pink under the light which was consistent with their product shot.

Made a mess as the mask was very gooey and dripped off so I won't show a picture of my face, there was quite a bit of mask left which I put on my hand.

It took like forever to dry or perhaps I was impatient but I finally peeled it off and was left with soft skin.

Overall quite fun and I look forward to trying the glitter masks.

[Fashion] Holographic Butterfly boots

I have always wanted a pair of holographic butterfly boots by Dolls Kill when I found out last year.
Finally found them online so I had to order them.

Without hesitation, I ordered the two holographic silvers and the black glitter which took forever to arrive.

The fur lined holographic had to be my favourite as they were super comfy and not often do you find holographic shoes lined with fur.
The holographic ones were stunning just like the videos and photos.

The black glitter ones are good for that gothic look!

To summarize, they also look gorgeous without the wings as I have always wanted a pair of holographic boots anyway and glittery black combat boots.

There are five colours in the range:
holographic silver
holographic silver lined with fur
black glitter
pastel glitter
iridescent gold clear PVC

[Health] Sanitary towels with infection indicator and vajacials at home

A menstrual pad has always been a menstrual pad until now!
I recently attended a talk at Hime Beauty Medical in Central about Women's Health.

The talk began with menstrual pads by Missoxy from Malaysia.

At first, I thought they were just ordinary menstrual napkins but packaged in a more hygienic and stylish way until we visually saw some tests.

We were all asked to give a fresh menstrual napkin for the test which were then laid on the table against the Missoxy napkin.

Visually we saw that Missoxy napkin (first on the left) performed better than the ones we were using and it left a dry surface.

It also absorbed the most liquid (1st cup on the right).

To summarize what we saw, Missoxy napkin was functionally better and its materials are HALAL certified as well as biodegradable.

I was impressed by the way it was packaged as it is 100% vacuum sealed in foil which means it is contamination proof and moisture proof since it is always humid in Asia.

Last but not least Missoxy injoy nurse is a pantyliner with a colour indicator that indicates if you have an infection or not.

As well as sanitary napkins, there are two more products that claim to enhance feminine health.

The injoy nurse Privacy Tender Membrane aims to help flush out remaining menstrual lining left in the uterus in a non invasive way by wearing it as a pantyliner for 2 hours which is soaked slightly with herbs.

For an all round feminine care, the Louis Rette Privacy Regenerate is the first intimate MASK Care for the Vagina, basically a non invasive vagina facial at the comfort of your own home.

However you can get Vagina facials aka vajacials at salons that offer it.

[Review] Khemist aroma oils

Before aroma oils and aromatherapy, it used to be potpurri which are scented dried flowers.
These days, you can find all sorts of scented products like candles, air fresheners, and plug-in deodorizers and a good variety of aroma oils.

I have never used essentials oils or any aromatherapy products so I assumed the smell would be overwhelming.

At Khemist, everything is colourful and the boxes are nice which make them ideal for gifts or keeping yourself.

There are two types of oil, the essential oils and the essential oil blends.

The blends are scents blended together while the single blend is a single scent.

As a beginner so I chose scents that I could relate to.
The oils are very easy to use, you just drop them on the wooden diffuser.

For the single, I chose the ecalyptus which is good for the respiratory system.

It was good placing the diffuser by the window as I got some nice scents when there was a breeze.

As for the essentials oils, I got the Silver moon because silver is my favourite colour and Jasmine, Orange Sweet, Ylang Ylang and clary sage are all sweet notes.
It comes with a dropper so you can precisely put the amount of drops on the diffuser.

Again I thought my room would be engulfed by the aroma but it was nothing like that so it was perfect, there was hints of aroma every now and then so it was quite soothing.
There are so many scents to choose and from my experience the oils are not too powerful so I would recommend it.

All of these products can be bought at the Khemist store in TST or online at HKTVmall.

[Review] Impala Holographic Roller Skates in Hong Kong

I never thought I would buy anything from Globe Cabin Hong Kong because I don't Skateboard or anything like that.
But anyway, one day I was walking down that street after eating at a restaurant nearby and these holographic skates caught my eye so I had to get them because I love anything that's HOLOGRAPHIC!!!

As well as holographic, the other colours were nice and they had white, leopard print, pink etc.

I ended up getting two pairs because as a beginner, a fall is imminent so my beautiful holographic skates will be ruined hence I got a white pair as well which will be the mains skates I learn in before I am confident enough to move on to the beauties.

They come in a colourful stylish box.
As a UK Size 6, I ended up getting the UK Size 7, Eur 39 as their UK6 is on the small size.

The holographic skates are just gorgeous because everything it all goes well together with glittery clear blue wheels, metallic blue laces and the purple lining.

The only complaint was the minor scratch/dent on the side but other than that they were fab.
They feel really comfy because they are padded.

For the time being, I can't review how well these skates skate because I still don't know how to skate yet but hopefully I can learn to skate without having a bad accident!
